"PP bras" don't really exist because they wouldn't fit properly half the time (i.e. either too loose or too constricting). Male "testies" significantly contract closer towards the body when they are too cold, and significantly extend away from the body when they are too warm. Being too cold or too warm for extended periods of time can severely damage them, and will cause the male great physical pain (due to all of the sensitive nerve endings in and around them).

My current favourite brand of underwear is SAXX, and it does something similar. It has a sort of built-in pouch to keep everything in place, but is loose enough that temperature regulation is possible.
