Even on guitar you can play every chord with just one finger as a bar. Just tune your guitar strings to 1E, 2C, 3G, 4C, 5G, 6C. Then play all the open strings, it's C MAJOR. Then follow chromatic scale down, you will get all the chords by fretting with one finger. Same for minor chords too.
