SMPS Have Low Output Voltage, How To Repair Switch Mode Power Supply SMPS When Low OutPut Voltage. in this video i uc3842 based flyback Switch Mode Power Supply SMPS. its rated output voltage were 12 Volt and 5 volt but after failure, its 12 volt section dropped to 3 volt and 5 volt output dropped to 0.7 volt. i checked input voltage, dc rail bulk capacitor, RCD snubber and finally i found 4x output dc capacitors were internally open. after replacing the capacitors the supply started to provide its nominal output voltage. after watching this video you can capable to:-

عالی بود استاد لذت بردیم لطفا در خصوص نحوه ولتاژ گیری با اسلیسکوپ یه توضیح بفرمایید میدونیم که در ولتاژ گیری با اسکوپ اول باید ضریب ولتاژ مناسبی را تعیین کنیم تا شکل موجملن از صفحه اسکوپ بیرون نره و بعد برای انتخاب تایم دیو یا همان زمان تناوب باید رو چه زمانی تنظیم کنیم مثلا ۲ میکرو ثانیه یا اینکه چطوری باید زمان ولتاژ پنج ولت یه کیلو هرتز را را روی اسکوپ تنظیم کنیم

Like this in one of my power supply I changed the capacitor to get back 12V but when I connect a 12v fan (0.12A) voltage dropped 3.7V and the fan spins very slow. Which component would be responsible for this? Hopefully get some answer in one of your future videos.

I have a similar SMPS where the 5V output is good but the 12V is low. I swapped out all the output capacitors with new ones. I also checked the output rectifier diodes and they are good as well. Any idea what could be causing this? All the resistors are within tolerance. Also as a side note there are two trim pots. One adjusts both output voltages and the other appears to do nothing. Do you know what a second trim pot on an SMPS is for? Perhaps to adjust overload protection limits? I can't find the schematic for it anywhere.

Hi, my 120W (12v 10A) smps output voltage good but output current very low, i am unable to use 12v 5A load even in smps no voltage fluctuation or down very stable voltage, i checked all components are good in pcb, but low output current, so what component to be replace in smps ? waiting your reply
