What is the pretaped film you demonstrated first? Brand? Name? Do you have a link? After spending over $100 on this masker I’m furious because the tape keeps pulling the film off and no matter what I do I can’t get it to stay aligned. I’d like to use the pre taped to eliminate the additional roll altogether. I’ve bought a few pretaped rolls but the center hole on them is to small to fit onto the guide nub so that’s even more money wasted.

very informative, however, it would be great to know how to use this tool with the separate plastic roll and separate tape. Eg which way to mount the plastic roll so that you can pull it down over the wall

i have that hand masker and i have major trouble using it...the tape keeps on separating from the paper...and the plastic...i have no luck with the hand masker at all....is their a video of you using the platic instead of the paper like in the time stamp 10:02

I find that 3m tape works better than frog tape in the masker itself.

Couldn’t you apply the plastic first and then tape over it for the perfect edges and help to hold the plastic’s tape? I’m getting ready to remove popcorn ceiling and it’s gonna get wet. That blue tape on the plastic does not hold up to water.

How to use around window and tight spaces. Not on flat surface easy accessible. Still, you've been hand to apply masking film .
