Have you noticed that Trump's speech patterns change whenever he's being forced to say something that he doesn't believe in? This speech was clearly NOT his words. His breathing was heavy and his cadence was slower, even slurring words a little. Compare this speech to how he speaks at one of his rallies. It feels like two different people are talking.
