As a practioner since 1989, I'm not buying most of what is shown here. I see a few Systema people chiming in on the comments and saying that you can't really understand whats going on in the video... that the system works and the strikes really hurt. Let's reserve their opinions to be true, there are ways to deliver these strikes with MUCH more effectiveness. Your opponent in the street isn't going to flop around while falling to the floor from some of the leg kicks im seeing here. Would they hurt, sure, maybe, but an aggressive attacker would keep coming. And the knife defense techniques that I'm seeing... PLEASE do NOT do them in an actual knife fight!!! 😳
