Dear Vice Chancellor,
University of Health Sciences, Lahore,

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the unprofessional conduct exhibited by your esteemed institution in the administration of the MDCAT examination. Each year, we observe a series of significant errors from the department responsible, which raises serious doubts about the institution's commitment to the future of its students. It appears that these recurring issues reflect a disregard for the impact on students' lives and academic careers.

I would like to bring to your attention several errors found in Paper ID C during the recent MDCAT exam:

1. **Q. 26 - Biology Section**:
There are three correct options for this question, indicating that the question is not properly framed.

2. **Q. 30 - Biology Section**:
As per the official answer key, the correct answer is marked as A. However, the key provided by your department indicates B, which is incorrect.

3. **Q. 114 - Chemistry Section**:
The correct answer is C, but your answer key lists D. I refer you to Punjab Textbook Board Chemistry for Class 11, Chapter 1, page 6, under the topic of average atomic masses for verification.

Furthermore, the following questions are irrelevant and outside the PMDC syllabus:
- Q. 15
- Q. 23
- Q. 50
- Q. 95

These questions lack any relevance to the prescribed syllabus.

Lastly, I am deeply concerned about the oversight in cross-checking the answer key. I trust that you will take immediate corrective action, failing which I will be compelled to file a writ petition against the department in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Es dfa uhs NY test kaffi acha conduct krwaya Hy as compared to last year. Es dfa center mein discipline tha. Teachers staff management was cooperating . They were guiding at every single thing . Es k ilawa paper bht zada out of syllablus ni Or key wrongs ....
