Dude... 'engagement' doesn't mean talk with them. In order for there to be actual engagement, they must be willing to change their mind. There must be some criteria. The problem is when you present that criteria, they immediately either dismiss it, or they ignore it and insist on some other criteria. And that's why you're not engaging them. You're platforming them.
