The question is will they add these software improvements to the other 14 series models and the Xiaomi 13 ultra. Historically they have been bad for bringing new changes like these to other models. Look forward to seeing if they come to your regular Xiaomi 14 and 14 pro or not

I got the Xiaomi 14 Ultra £1300. Got £50 discount with mi points £1250. Selling the tablet and camera kit that comes with it for free around 450 £800. Selling my old phone for around 400-500 £300. basically got this for nothing 😂super happy with it. Love taking photos

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is really a refined version of Xiaomi 13 Ultra. Much of the camera hardware remained the same. Just waiting to see if someone will port the camera app of Xiaomi 14 Ultra to other devices.

Fast shot is available in the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. IIRC, you can boot the camera into "Fast shot" mode on the 14/Pro by double clicking the volume down button with screen locked? I don't have the 14/Pro anymore but you can try.

Can you tell more about that app that the phone can connect with, in order to record video with external devices? I saw someone connected the xiaomi 14 ultra to a tablet and started the record button on that tablet to start video on xiaomi 14 ultra

Hi enjoy your indepth camera reviews.Here in the UK a vivo x100 pro is similar money to the 14 and honor 6 pro, it's the global version of the vivo.l don't take any videos but want the best camera l am thinking the vivo is my best bet? What do you think?
All have good displays etc so it's all about the camera for me!

Can you shoot 25fps with this? Is there any phone except iphone and Xperia that does this? Please ask for it in your videos... We want PAL mode without flickering and to be able to put the videos in a EU 25p timeline.
Do you know any app for Xiaomi that allows to shoot 25fps 50fps 100 fps in all resolutions with image stabilization and full control. I know Filmic Pro does not fully support. Also they want subscription...
Another question. I know you know Sony Xperia phones very Well. Does Xperia 1V shoot 50fps or 100fps?
