New Wallenius Wilhelmsen group brands – building for the future.

Oslo, Norway, 15 March, 2018 – The Wallenius Wilhelmsen group was created in April last year, when Wallenius of Sweden and Wilhelmsen of Norway combined ownership of their jointly owned companies and relevant assets. The company is now launching new brands in line with new structure and strategy.

The former operating entity Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL) has been restructured into two entities; one ocean transport company named Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean (WW Ocean) and a land-based logistics entity named Wallenius Wilhelmsen Solutions (WW Solutions). The new branding reflects the new business strategy where ocean transportation and land-based logistics will operate side by side as distinct, yet connected entities. The Wallenius Wilhelmsen group also incorporates the brands EUKOR and ARC, which continue to operate under their own brands.
