really good footage of this guy at the Box in an old video called "Bunyip Dreaming" I think it was - watched that over and over for a year or two when I was a projectionist - used it to calibrate projectors - Margo and Occy were really fun in that video

We use too surf with margo back when he and ryan use to live in palmy..back when boards were for power surfing..one of the coolest laid back guy's there was..and when he wasn't surfing tour was always a blast surfing good waves with the guy

Remember being a 24yr old grom from England and doing a couple of years on the Goldie. Into the billabong Jack macoy vids and all. Rocked up at dreamtime beach at fingal and Margie was there checking the surf. Add to that I worked at Nev's so was doing the first FCS fins in boards for Munga, Dean Morrison and Dave rastovich. Funny times.

In 97 I saw Margo floater over 3 Japanese tourists lined up next to each other at D'bah. I thought he was going to run them over as they were paddling out.

love Margo one of my favorites.. can tell that the boards nowadays dont help much with that beautiful rail fluid powersurf from the 90s and early 2000s.. they too short, less instrument to use.
