Zomato is just trying so hard to be creative....at this point this has become cheap advertising...I think non-ethical college interns are the scriptwriters behind this...Imagine this ad playing on any mothers phone who's son is actually in hospital. Advertising is about presenting a product and its benefits in creative way. At the end they write, " don't force us to make this ad. Just order from zomato. Eventually that's actually forcing, not presenting.

I ordered food for 4 but received with items missing and not as ordered and no one in Zomato understands this situation, for them it's only some item missing and they care a damn about how much customer suffer from mental agony. Shameful attitude by @zomato
