Driving Test:RTO Lashes Out At Applicant For Avoiding Agent| Mathrubhumi News

Paravur: Paravur RTO has lashed out at a person who reached for driving retest for not forwarding application through an agent. Visuals of the incident has gone viral on social media. It is reported that officials here need agents to complete formalities for vehicle registration and driving test. Joint RTO Biju James got angry with Paravur native Siyad who reached RTO office for driving retest. Siyad himself paid the fee for retest but joint RTO had not inspected the vehicle for the test. Following this, Siyad filed a complaint against him. It provoked the official and he reesticted other Motor Vehicle inspectors from conducting the retest for Siyaad.
