by several other criteria. Therefore, the justice system is far more diluted, contaminated
and politicised. Above all, grant of bail is the rule of law to put the offenders off the hook
and free for ever. Every legislator or a law maker in opposition parties are on bail without fear of law. Petty thieves are put in jail whereas political criminals enjoy the rule of bail.
