Yeah id say enel vs doffy could reasonably go either way if enel uses his speed to his advantage. Doflamingo was keeping up with and absolutely waxing post timeskip luffy and law at the same time so hed easily win a head on battle with enel. If enel is playing smart then doflaningo will have a hard time hitting him until the awakening comes out. Turning all his surroundings into string could let him catch doflamingo off guard with one of his control strings. If enel is caught by that attack is pretty much over cause theres no way doflamingo wouldnt go for a kill shot at that point. Also boa negs enel with her fruit.
