Great narration but stupid concept. In a world of few resources how the hell can a movable city last more than a day??? The fuel requirements must be astronomical in comparison to a regular city. I'm almost certain that aspect won't get approached.

Is this like the story of the anime of Once and Near and Far and Away Near where a boy is transported to a world of giant battleships roaming a dying planet where Water and resources are controlled by Lana whom the boys tries to help?. is a very haunting Anime to watch since children grow up in a brutal world.
