Thanks a lot, very useful for me as well. Tried your way. I have to implement this in android 11, is there any differences here, as I can see you already used STORAGE ACCESS FRAMEWORK. So it should work in android 10, 11 and above, righ?

Thanks for the tutorial it has been super usefull! I hav one problem though: I'm trying to upload videos but it doesn't work. on other types of files it seens to work fine. is there a size restriction or something similar?

For the pdf selection, it does not let us select the pdf because the download file icon does not show after the button click, what should we do?

Hi, I've tried this out and it works up to certain level. It doesn't let us select/upload a pdf or document in the all files section-- just images. And it uploads the image too. Do you have any idea as to why this happens? Thanks for the video!
