I've been a customer for years and years. Of all the brands they without question have the best customer service. Occasionally they have not answered but for me that's been the exception not the rule. Ever tried to get a hold of muddy products customer service. Good luck with that one.

So when it craps out, I'll sit on the phone endlessly, waiting for someone to answer. My camera was working just fine one day, stopped the next tried calling no luck.
