It was the brightest aurora I've ever seen and thanks to AuroraWatch app I was ready with my camera. Find out the settings I used on my Nikon D7200 DLSR and iPhone to capture this amazing light show.

I’ll tell you a funny story, about 18 years ago we moved to the Isle of Skye, we came from a large town, flooded with light pollution. We knew nothing about the northern lights, nothing. One night, we were sat in our lounge & the sky suddenly went green & seemed to be moving towards us 😳 I have to say it seemed quite frightening at the time, we thought the Martians 👽 had landed 🤣🤣 Em 💜
