Jersey cattle are wonderful pets. My Great Aunt and Uncle had a small herd of Registered Jersey Cattle. They were treated like, and acted like, big dogs. The bull loved playing fetch. I'm so glad this beautiful boy is home, safe and sound.

Your Dad's reaction was perfect!! What a lucky calf to have such wonderful people to love and care for him. He couldn't have asked for better people to love and care for him. Cows like other cows around, they're very sweet and very sociable. Merlin was absolutely adorable 🥰🥰 I would give one week to spend with all of those beautiful animals.

Thank you for rescuing this precious baby! He was depressed because he missed his mother. How about letting an animal sanctuary adopt the baby cow? That way he could actually RUN around vast acreage and he could bond with other cows. Cows are herd animals. He will lapse back into a deep depression if not united with other cows. Plus his body will not develop properly without having the room to run. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.❤❤❤❤❤❤
