A hill circuit workout is excellent no matter what you are training for! Whether it's a Marathon, Half-Marathon, 10,000, 5,000, and even the mile, it doesn't matter. Hills are always great training. As the great Frank Shorter put it, "Hills are speedwork in disguise." Hills offer a great chance to work on power, speed, and proper form.
