Nuzlocke rules:
Fainted Pokemon must be permanently boxed
Only the first encounter on any given route may be caught (dupes clause)
All pokemon must be nicknamed

Hardcore Rules:
No items in battle (only held)
No overleveling the next gym leader

So far he's claimed the titles of Miss Johto, Miss Kalos, Miss Alola, Miss Sinnoh and Miss Unova: Mother of Dragons.
That just leaves Kanto, Hoenn, and Galar till he claims the grand title, Miss Pokemon: Mother of Mons
