On the last question could you take the square root 400 to give 20/6xsquared that simplifies to 10/3xsquared? And thank you for all your incredible videos. Hands down the best GCSE Maths channel on YouTube.

Ive got a question I still need help with!

y is inversely proportional to x^2 .
It is given that y = 7 for a particular value of x.
Find the value of y when this value of x is increased by 250%.

can someone explain why the formula is y=k/x(power2) when i searched up the formula for inverse proportion it does not say anything about the power 2
