The wano art style really is a massive improvement over the original art style. As soon as I reached post timeskip back in late 2023, I always find the animation quality and drawing to be significantly declining. Glad they remastered the drawings. The only problem I have with the redraw is that the lighting can be too vivid sometimes that is not even that vivid in the wano.

only the illustrations and pacing is better so far. worse comedic timing. choppy cuts. skimping over emotional moments. worse sound effects in shocking moments. as for the pacifista punch the original had better timing of music. better timing of the punch. better shockwave. better crowd reaction. im not even hating i just think they can do better if they knew

watched episode 2 and i noticed alot of flaws. dramatic sounds are missing. emotional moments dont linger. funny moments are not given proper time to hit. choppy cuts.
