On the 70th anniversary year of Korea’s division, Dr. Kyuryoon Kim, of the Korean Institute for National Unification, and Professor John Doyle, of Dublin City University, examined the potential for a peaceful settlement on the peninsula, modeled on the success of the Northern Ireland peace process.
