You didn't come back to life because you weren't clinically dead. What brought you back to life was the hard working actual flesh and blood medical practitioners, nurses and other hard-working actual real human beings and the marvellous workings of the human body. So if you want to believe you were touched by a divine then realistically why bother going to the hospital in the first place and taking up hospital space from others? By the way it wouldn't have hurt to have thanked all those real actual practitioners in this video.
