In developing the BMW VISION NEXT 100, the main objective was to create not an anonymous vehicle but one that is highly personalised and fully geared to meet the driver’s every need – because the very emotional connection between a BMW and its driver is something we want to retain.
Drivers decide how they want to travel in future according to their needs: fully-automated driving with the opportunity to relax, work or be entertained – Ease Mode. Or drive themselves: in a vehicle fully customised to their preferences, where everything revolves around them as the “Ultimate Driver” – Boost Mode.

For the BMW VISION NEXT 100, the design team specifically took into account all the trends and technological developments that will be most relevant to BMW in the decades ahead. But they also took many of their cues from innovations and designs of the past.

I find this car very interesting. The best part about it is the turning front wheels.

For those who say this car is ugly it's just a vision of a future. All the stuff has been put into a one car (which would put only few features in a future car) and this thing will change it's looks for like 85%, or it won't even be released. For example.. Have you seen first BMW i8 prototype pictures? It was ugly :D

BMW, as a pure enthusiast and a fan of the bran since I was 4, current owner of a classic, please do not remove the driver from the car. After all, we are talking about the ultimate driving machines. Autonomous... ok, I guess we mush keep with the times (and competition), but do not take the driving pleasure from us, the driving enthusiasts. From those of us who buy a BMW because it gives us goosebumps when we corner, because we smile and look back, every time we walk away from our machines. Don't forget your roots, the concepts and ideas that made you who you are today: market leaders.
For me, for many of us, the 6 cylinder engines and rear wheel drive should always be a BMW offering.

i like that the steering wheel is moving in and out so you can easily get in and get out of the car. 2:48

but i'm very pleased my adulthood will be filled with prospects such as this.

The e30, e39, 346, e60, e92, i8 are the best bmw models in my opinion. I was a huge bmw fan. I still like bmw but to be honest this one dissapointed me.... come one bmw.

Wow!! I really understand the concept now that I've watched this video, making the vehicle intuitive to its surroundings. This car embodies everything that I admire and enjoy about the BMW brand. I do agree with those who question the driving experience, if it's the ultimate driving machine the driver needs to be at the centre of the design concept. And please don't take away our bi xenon angel eyes☺️☺️☺️

how about the front lamp? i think the design for it best when the lamp is one and hiding the logo from left side to right side, isn't more simple and beautiful?
