I know he can't win against nearly any character from the anime Bleach. Yes, I'm including Orihime in that. I think the only one he can't win against is Hanatarou because hana can't hit for shit. But I don't think he can kill Hanatarou either because he's just so derpy and unlucky not a single hit would land. XD Oh dear, and Grimmjow vs Wesker? one shot. one shot is all it takes.

that said, if someone decides to do an xover, I vote Wesker to become an arrancar. I think he can make vasto lordes rank in a few years without the hogyoku. The only reason he wouldn't become an Espada is because this guy wants to be in charge. He HATES having to answer to ANYONE.
