The first prophecy of a war is not that impressive considering most politicians already knew conflict between the north and south was likely gonna happen at some point also smith prophesied that other countries would be involved in the war but that’s not true

What about the false prophecies he gave? Doesn’t that show he’s a false prophet. Deuteronomy 18:20-22. But the prophet who presumes to speak a word in my name that I have not commanded him to speak, or6 who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.’ 21 And if you say in your heart, ‘How may we know the word that the Lord has not spoken?’— 22 owhen a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the word does not come to pass or come true, that is a word that the Lord has not spoken; nthe prophet has spoken it presumptuously. You need not be afraid of him.

Even if some of his prophecies come true. The standard God gives in his word for a true prophet is a prophet who is always right. Not just sometimes right. Joseph smith is a false prophet and I dearly hope you all realize he is a deceiver and a liar. Please consider the true God, Jesus Christ who created all things and he was never created himself.

Deuteronomy 13:1-3
"If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder, and if the sign or wonder spoken of takes place, and the prophet says, 'Let us follow other gods' (gods you have not known) 'and let us worship them, ' you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The LORD your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul."
