Looks like a solid upgrade overall, I love to see that - improvement and innovation over stagnation.

I buy only Milwaukee Fuel models of tools, the 5yr no questions asked warranty being the main reason, I’m buying this new generation of 7 1/4 saw Thanks Rob.😅

Good video, as always. I just picked this saw up unexpectedly - I was in the market for a Super Sawzall, and Home Depot made an offer I couldn't refuse. A Super Sawzall, dual charger, circular saw and 4 Forge 8AH batteries later, I have some cordless red to go next to my cordless yellow. I'm battery format loyal, not brand loyal, as long as the quality is right.

I've been thinking about buying this saw but in the Gen 2 version for years. Never did since I have 2 Rear Handles. Will definitely get the kit for this one.

Love it, enough great reviews watched to justify it now. I was also debating the rear handle but I think this does it for me.

This saw seems like a significant leap forward in the 7-1/4" circ saw market. Any chance you will do an in-depth review like this for the new Milwaukee 2833-20 6-1/2"?

Looks very nice, Milwaukee is killing it. Be interesting to see how (and when) DeWalt updates the Flexvolt circ saws.

Hi. Buddy. Will you have a review coming with new 300mm concrete Stihl saw and belle 1 head to head comparisons. Both cut 110mm from a 300mm which tremendous for bricklaying industry

Makita and Milwaukee have heavy weight monsters that cut near 120mm-125mm depth.

Seems promising. I have a love-hate relationship with my current gen2 saw. My biggest problems are it won't clear a speed square at max depth (is that fixed?), the depth lock nut never seems tight enough, and the switch is incredibly prone to dust interference, requiring me to soak in contact spray on occasion or it's dead. Drives me nuts.

Thanks for another great review!
We have to see it VS Dcs578!

Interested to try it out. I've always found Milwaukee saws to have a kind of loose and crude feeling and so have always gone with other brands when it comes to saws even though I have mostly M18. Looks like they sort of ripped off the Flex guard and led design, which is nice, but unfortunately not the side ejecting dust port.

Is that an adapter piece for the vacuum mind the old generation with a slot on the side?
