Jerry, how do you renegotiate once you have an agreement. I hear you mention this various times in your videos. Where you state throwing an anchor number to gauge their motivation and then you can send an agreement and then renegotiate after.. wouldn’t the seller say nope we have an agreement for X amount already? Would we use our inspection clause as a negotiating tool?
