Upcycling a Leather Skirt

The before and after of my latest sewing project.

I self drafted a skirt pattern using my own measurements to create a bespoke pattern for this skirt. Then removed all the original skirt seams and pressed the leather, so I had a good starting point to cut the new pieces.

With keeping this skirt as a skirt the waste pieces weren't odd shapes, so these can be used in another project.
