I ordered this unit with the recent Amazon discount plus the company's Black Friday discount which reduced the price to $758. It arrives tomorrow and I can't wait to test it out also.

The issue with most mop robots is they just want to use water only, the Narwal uses a detergent sheet, BUT its just a light weight over-priced eco-cleaning solution, not really strong enough to break down tough stains-grease like coffee, wine, oil or butter. Adding a good high quality floor degreaser or other cleaning agent to the water supply will cut through and breakdown those spots. Hey, you pretreat tough stains for the laundry! Yes, a pretreat is great idea and necessary as well. The best pretreat is the new Dawn Power Foam spray, that stuff cuts and breaks down anything fast!!

Best solutions for floor cleaning to ADD to the tank would be: Vinegar with few drops of Dawn Blue; Mr. Clean No-Rinse Floor cleaner or Vinegar with some alcohol for disinfecting. I'm sure there are several other good ideas as well.

I ordered the Narwal T10, but then saw the introduction of the Dreametech W10 which appears to be superior, so getting that mopping robot instead... Great Black Friday deals, got for only $800.

I recommend when you do unboxings to push down on the wheels to see if they click. If the wheel clicks, the robot knows that the wheels are off the ground, so it acts like a secondary drop sensor so that the robot stops if one of its wheels is suspended.

Cool re-design, but I had hope that the robot has build in water tank to dampen pads during work. I think Dreame is a brand of Xiaomi.

Need to fast forward a few years I guess so we can get self empty on the vacuum as well as the mopping features.
