Tech support couldn't solve this for me. Your four minute video did the job. Thanks so much!!

Thanks for the videos, they've been very helpful on my pi project. They're concise while still having enough detail, and its not covered in obnoxious graphics and music. 👍

What a great concise video. I am not a tech guy and this was easy to follow. Needed it while trying to configure my second Raspberry pi.
Thanks again!!

Tony: If you say something is easy, then don't miss ay steps. 1st.What program are you running that shows all that text. 2nd. What is Vim? Maybe explain what is is and where to get it. You have to start from the beginning, not somewhere in the middle. Where did that file first file come from? I could not follow what you were doing. I am a tech guy and to teach what you showed in 3+ minutes would take closer to 10. If you said "this would be easy if you were well versed in many program installations, " I would then have to agree with you. The term 'easy', is thrown around way too often these days and it drives me nuts. However; you probably won't hear it in any class room .Other than that, your video is in focus, your audio level is fine and you speak clearly. Your screen shots are well centered and your lighting is great. Your use of picture in picture is a great addition to your video. I'm glad I didn't have to listen to annoying music throughout your presentation. A very well produced video.

Didn't solve the problem for me. Still getting "Permission denied, please try again" even though I did the above and am using the correct user and password
