And the observational data are extremely exciting! You literally see the stars in the center of our Milky Way orbiting 'the' black hole - such a beautiful little peace of film!

A guy did his PHD on this exact study and came to the conclusion that when the epicenters merge. There is a path that can be taken around the merge that sends you a fraction back in time.

No one said black holes have an infinite density, but they do exist. There is an extremely strong scientific consensus on that point, also, to your earlier comment, we HAVE observed black holes, and they are also the only viable explanation for the formation of galaxies.

True, I always forget that those disks are made of stuff too... and have gravity that can end up forming planetoids and natural satellites. Thanks.

Yeah I am aware of how protostars and protoplanets are formed though it always seemed strange that the prefered structure was a disk... guess it does make sense when you think about it, though what's stopping rubble from forming differently aligned disks with some distance between the two disks, for example a normally aligned disk, and a few thousand miles away, and differently aligned disk, and a few more miles away another differently aligned disk so they would not collide with each other...

I have seen it, and can't wait till we get a powerful enough telescope for an HD images/videos of it or even better of other galaxies from other angles. ;D

Well another theory says that if 2 galaxies merge together then the largest black hole will become the new center of the new galaxy and the smallest black hole will be kicked out of the galaxy. Like 2 same poles of a magnet.

I can't wait for the James Webb to arrive at L2, get scientifically ready and shoot direct images of exoplanets! Then sniff their atmospheres and find the signature of life on dozens of them within a year. I will cry because ever since I was a kid, after knowing 'the Truth', contact with other life in the universe is my deepest dream. I think its very first image (JW) should be The Next Generation Deep Field, then test its limits and shoot several JW Ultra Deep Fields in diff directions! :):):)

Shouldn't black holes instead of a disk of matter... have a sphere of colliding matter around them? Or does it have to do with their spin and the fact there are no non-spinning black holes?

its just a model, nice work CoconutScienceLab

Sorry bro, but you are the one messing up. Although direct observation of black holes is impossible due to them sucking up light before we can see them, it doesn't mean we haven't witnessed the effect. So as the guy above you asked you, what are the stars in the center of our galaxy orbiting? Since you don't believe BHs exist even though we have observational data pointing towards their existence, I wouldn't hurry myself calling anyone else uneducated.
Just a thought.

Would black holes' gravitational pull affect radio waves?

what is the approx timescale for a process like that to happen?

Is it possible for 2 black holes to merge and move at the speed of light our way to earth? If so how likely?
