This guy is an exceptional tyer. I've seen enough flies in my day to know flies that are a level above most if not all. WOW!

Another great tying demonstration, man.
I've never had much joy with gammarus patterns but on the occasions I have pulled fish out on them the fish are generally quite big for my river so it's one I always keep in the box for the deep pools when nothing is rising. I'd rather take fish off the top but bumping a weighted nymph or shrimp down deep channels often produces the goods.
