After a gruelling 3 month marathon training block, averaging over 230 km a week, it’s finally time to lay it all on the line. The Fukuoka Marathon 2024, where I’ll be harnessing the Japanese ‘do or die’ spirit, to chase a new PB. This is my kamikaze plan of attack 🔥
