Good morning! I took the H&R Block tax course in 1997 and I worked for them also. In 2000, I started my own tax office and have been going ever since. The training was top notch and although I had prior tax experience when we were military, my career would not be the same if I hadn't received the confidence boost their course provided.

When I took the course 10 years ago it was only $25.00. But we’ll worth the time/experience. I had a great instructor!

I took the H&R Block tax course in 1990 and highly recommend it. I became a basic income tax course instructor from 1998 thru 2002. Also taught some of the employee courses sand computer-trained the new employees. Loved it!!!!

Hello! I am currently taking the course too! It hasn’t been easy, but the instructor makes it fun and she teaches the importance of some of the tax laws with her personal experiences. I believe we had the same instructor, I remember the story she told about the lady spitting in her face! The things that woman has been through!!!
I also have the printed study guide, but it is important to note that there are several recap videos in the chapters. I recommend using the digital version as well. Having a computer is an absolute must. I’ve been using a cheap chrome book I got from Walmart - you just need to be able to fill out the PDF forms and things like that. Can’t do that on a mobile device. Also, the index for the book isn’t easily accessible through a mobile device. The index has terminology, forms, etc. super useful!
