Coach Leon needs to find a new agent. I'm not suggesting that he cuts all ties with Craig but he needs a new agent. Craig has Napoleonic complex and will always want to show that he is the boss; albeit at the possible downfall of his players (including Whisper). Craig is basically playing musical chairs with his players and, in essence, messing up the careers of the players under his charge. Craig needs to go siding oneside.
