On Friday, a judge dismissed the case against actor Alec Baldwin for a deadly shooting on the set of "Rust" where cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed. This morning, the family attorney, Gloria Allred held a press conference regarding the dismissal saying despite the dismissal, the civil suit will go on.

It says a lot that Mr. Hutchins does not have contact with her family either. Had the police conducted a proper investigation, maybe everyone would know the truth. The state along with police failed everyone on that set that day and their families.

The Hutchens family should go after two culprits: Hannah Gutierrez Reed and the prosecutor, who messed up Alec's case.

Plus, I doubt that they will get any money from Alec himself since he was not found guilty. Maybe they'll get money from the production company, who knows.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed is GUILTY beyond a reasonable doubt as she was the PRIMARY armorer basic responsibility to ensure all firearms were safe with no live rounds on the set. She showed gross negligence and should have received life in prison. She got very lucky with 18 months for the death of an innocent person. Her father needs to be charged with the retired police officer for tampering with evidence!

A bloody high-priced ambulance chaser if there ever was one! Mr. Baldwin along with the Rust production company and Ms. Hutchins' husband reached a financial settlement agreement end of 2022 that includes the husband assuming an Executive Producer role in the film. Obviously, Ms. Allred was not the legal representative in the negotiations and did not get a cut, which apparently also holds true for the family members in the home country.
