If someone doesnt think MJ is the greatest ever then i would disagree but not think it's totally crazy (depending on who's their #1). If someone thinks he's not in the top 2 then i would strongly disagree and think they are probably just biased against him. If someone thinks he's not even top 3 then i would say you have lost your fucking mind and are definitely biased against him.

People always say Jordan would've never won without Pippen: true statement, but LeBron doesn't win without Wade and Bosh, Kobe doesn't win without Shaq or Gasol/Bynum, Russell needed Cousy and Marovich, Magic needed Worthy and Jabbar, There are great duos that never even won, like Stockton/Malone, Possibly CP3/Griffin, Barkley/Chambers, Payton/Kemp. There is no NBA player in history who can single-handedly win a title, it's a team sport.

Just because a player is the greatest of all time doesn't mean that he has to be on your list. Does Michael Jordan have to be on everyone's list? I don't want him on my list either. After all, Michael Jordan didn't want Isiah Thomas on the original dream team....so Michael Jordan or his fans can't be mad if I don't have him on my top 3 all time neither.

If someone ever took the emotion out of this and actually produced a subjective measure of the thing that mj is so often credited with.(''the greatest'') I think that we would find that other players would fill that spot. mj was an all-time great no doubt, and he also had the greatest hype machine of all time.
