I have not followed anything explained in this video but still have 6-7% acos, and I am not agree only using fix bids when we are launching new product, we need aggressive approach in first few month and we need more traffic on new listings so listing bsr can improve and I like the idea how to optimised bids for desired acos, thanks for your efforts !

I watched the video several times, and I agree with your reasoning for the Exact keyword targeting and changed my keywords to Exact.
