Using FlyBase in Novel Gal4/UAS Drosophila Crosses

A Brief description of several methods of acquiring data to aid in a students understanding of a novel GAL4/UAS cross that they set up. These methods allow you to see where in the body and when in development your driver is expressed. They also allow you to compare many different UAS associated promotor genes side by side.
