Raph and Donnie both stop throwing insults as soon as Leo says that last remark to Mikey. Ironically it's also Raph and Donnie who make the "no one messes with Mikey" quote at the end of the film as well. It's like they all themselves as individuals insult Mikey, but as soon as someone else does they flip and are there to defend him.

If you think about it, each of them has something they struggle with that mimics someone else's strength. So, looking at what they mention here,  Donnie strengthens Mikey,  Mikey strengthens Leo,  Leo strengthens Raph, and Raph strengthens Donnie. That's something they failed to realize in this scene. They all rely on each other and that's what teamwork is.

This is the most realistic sibling/family banter I have ever seen in media. Each one is putting the blame to another and pointing fingers.

But am I the only one who thinks this film is a masterpiece? This film touches your heart, the first film was beautiful, but this is a masterpiece
