Portugal vs Spain. Which flag is better?

I reveal which of the two Iberian nations has the better flag.

Flag battle is a great concept in my opinion. You could compare the flags of Northern Ireland and of the republic or Ireland next. Or here are a few examples of some other set of countries that come to my mind for flag battle: the two Congos, the two Koreas, the two Sudans. Or why not all the countries that have a saint's name (saint kitts and nevis, saint lucia, saint vincent and the grenadines, san marino and sao tome e principe)

Portugal and Spain both have very complex symbols on their flags.

Portugal - I honestly like the red-green bicolour combo but colourblind people exist so it is a bad colour combo.

Spain - The red-yellow-red fess tricolour is a good colour.

Objectively speaking Spain's flag is better but I for some reason prefer Portugal's flag.

Not a fan of either because I hate coats of arms. I got to say I prefer the Portugal flag more due to having a less complicated seal. Though the Spanish flag is better overall because yellow contrasts better with red than green

Portugal and Spain flags don’t really need their coat of arms as the flags would still be distinctive from all other national flags without them. I personally like the colours of Spain’s flag better
