400g x Sausage Meat
1 x Onion Diced (Diced)
1 x Granny Smith Apple (Peeled & Diced)
1 Small handful x Sage Leaves (Roughly Chopped)
70g x Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper (optional)
15g x Butter

1. Place 400g of sausage meat into a bowl with 70g of breadcrumbs.

2. Peel and finely dice 1 onion. Place a frying pan over medium heat and add in 25g of butter followed by the diced onions and a pinch of salt. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the onions are soft and transparent.

3. Next, peel and dice one granny smith or Bradley apple and add it into the pan with the onions and cook for 1 more minute.

4. Remove the apple and onions from the heat and leave them to cool.

5. Roughly chop a small handful of sage leaves and add into the sausage meat mixture, followed by the cooled apple and onions.

6. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper if needed. Check to make sure your sausage meat isn’t already seasoned. If it is leave this step out.

7. Press into an oven dish or roll into stuffing balls it's entirely up to you.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes until crispy on top and completely cooked through.

Enjoy!
