Managers like Fergie done come alone very often. United fan's should be greatfull that he managed their club and brought the success he did to their club for so long.

To be fair to Jose, the players are as much to be blamed. Jose has actually calmed his arrogance by a bit from his Chelsea days. But, the players he's got ain't putting a shift in for him. The game against Fenerbahce, the players were walking and not trying to fight back and win the game. Plus, this ain't Jose's team, unlike Ferguson who had years to build his teams. Let's see what happens when Jose gets his best 11, only then you can call for him to be sacked if they don't performe.

As soon as Man Utd stop winning all of the fans are whining... Have some faith in Jose he's had success everywhere he's been

Jose is having a nervous breakdown. Manchester United is bigger than him and he can't handle it. Change is needed. Either change of tactics/attitude or change of manager.

"He's destroying Manchester United" seriously? See this is the problem with a large portion of supporters, they see Fergie as their lord, their god in a way and rightfully so... and with every new manager we get, despite if they make a few mistakes or more or the opposite, they always compare them to Sir Alex. Sir Alex (to me) was the greatest manager of all time, Jose is one of the greatest yes but ffs they are different types of managers and Mourinho has changed his attitude (like all managers have to do) and guess what, he won the league with that too. So get off his back, let him do what he is paid to do and lets assess it all at the end of this season.

There are no other better managers than Mourinho's class

Up with Pep, Wenger, Conte

He's dealing with the players he's got, wait till next season then start judging him

People keep comparing the past to the present. 'Give him time' they say. Things have changed. There's more money now. HEavy investment. You've got to make an instant impact. I've been a Chelsea fan for 17 years now, I've seen Jose manage my club twice. We are 10 games into the season. Chelsea have settled relatively quickly, while Jose is still looking for his first 11. Injuries at the back haven't helped either. Can you give him more time? I will always love Jose, but that second season in Madrid broke him. Something happened there and he's lost his SWAG. IMO, needs to take a good couple of years away from football and come back refreshed. Nothing seems to really be working right now. And on another note, women DO know their football these days! THAT'S HOT!

no i dont agree with Barbara i am a united fan and think he needs time and a decent back four. It has been weak in defence for a good few years now their is no leadership at all in that position

and why would Jose come out and be charismatic with the press with the bile they write about him every week? and the more we keep comparing new managers with fergie the more we will fail. nobody will ever be as good as him again. let's give him time it's only been 11 games ffs. 11 games. madness.

Barbara just proved women can understand football. I do not mean to sound misogynistic, not at all. She hits the nail on the head with every point she made. I'm an Arsenal fan and I said this to Utd fans before Mourinho was even appointed. Now Utd fans are learning.

I honestly think they should have given Moyes more time. He only had one signing when Vidic, Ferdinand, Evra (their defence) left... I know people are looking at him at Sunderland and how he was in Spain, but I just felt he would be great for Man Utd if given one more season.

Zlatan Ibrahimović: I don't want to sign for Liverpool who finish 8th *half a season later at United* League table Liverpool: 1st
United: 8th

The reason sir Alex left in 2013 was because he sensed the decline in the squad, when we won our last title towards the end of that season it wasn't all steady sailing and champions league wasn't going well, so if Alex managed now it would be a bit better but not 1st

To much looking back at fergie and how he won this and that and his way of managing was. I'm sick of it. How about instead we focus on our own players now. How Jose is getting so much blamed and saying he's not a Manchester United manager is noncence. Fergie refused to talk to the press and got sent to the stands. She's saying with this squad fergie would have won something. I'll tell you something it's not Jose fault it's the players. To many bottlers. Not enough heart. The problems with united are bigger then Jose
