How to Pour a Swan | Latte Art

All right, so this next one is a fun one and customers go nuts for this guy, because it's one of the only pieces of latte art that actually looks like something. A heart is very easily recognizable, but a rosetta looks kind of like a leaf, but it's not really a leaf, one of those kinds of things. A swan is a swan or it could look like a duck.

This is one where you actually create a picture in the cup that someone could recognize, and it's good for customers. So here's the pour. We're going to break this stream and begin the rosetta on the side. Bring it up, pour around, draw a neck with a heart on the side and there's the swan.

When you're pouring the rosetta part of it it's better to come down the side of it as the edge of the wing and the other side looks more like feathers as opposed to down the I middle. Loses its shape the way you do it ✌🏼️

once you learn how to make a proper microfoam, anything is possible. Thats the most difficult component in my opinion.
