Delhi Heatwave: IMD Issues 'Yellow Alert'!!

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a 'yellow' alert for Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR) due to the ongoing heatwave conditions. As the area continues to experience high temperatures, residents are strongly advised to take essential measures to cope with the extreme heat and ensure proper hydration. According to IMD scientist Soma Sen Roy, a heatwave alert has been issued today for south Haryana, Delhi, south Uttar Pradesh, north Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, and West Bengal. However, no heatwave alert is currently in effect for any other region tomorrow, except for Jharkhand.
