In this video today we will see how to delete WhatsApp Community from your phone. Now either you can delete WhatsApp community that is created by yourself or else you can delete WhatsApp community that you are a part of. Now let me open WhatsApp application. This is a WhatsApp community that is created by me. I will open it and here you can see there is Announcement. There is General. So these two groups are automatically created when you create WhatsApp community and this is a group that is created by me. Now before you delete WhatsApp Community you have to exit from the community. Tap on this more option here. Go to Community info. Scroll down and select this option Exit Community. Now here I am getting this option Deactivate instead. Why I am getting this one instead of Exit Community is because this WhatsApp Community was created by me. So if I have to delete this community I have to deactivate. But if you are a part of this WhatsApp Community then you will get the option Exit community. So here I have to select Deactivate instead and then Deactivate and then Deactivate again. But if you are exiting from a community which you are a part of then you will not get this option to deactivate. You can directly exit from the the community. Now once you exit from the community you can see the community is removed and General, Announcement and this group which were there inside the community it is still present. Now let me at first delete those groups which were already created inside the community. So let me select General and then Announcement and then select this Delete option. So the media which are there inside this group also will be deleted. Select Delete chats. If you want you can leave those group as it is. Now this group was created by me so if I have to delete this group I will at first open it and then I will tap on the group name. Go down and Exit group and then Exit and then you have to select this option Delete group and then Delete group. So if you want to delete a group that is created by you you have to at first exit from the group and then only you can delete the group. So in this way you can delete WhatsApp Community as well as the groups that are inside the community.
